 Provide test automation solutions and services for multiple complex projects to deliver high-quality software solutions for airports.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
     * Work with development team and QA analysts to design, and develop, and enhance automated regressions and performance test suites for multiple applications

POSITION PURPOSE:
 Play a lead role in developing and executing public relations and employee communications programs.  Help shape and protect the Company’s reputation, internally and externally, among the airline’s key stakeholders.  Establish and optimize media and third-party influential relationships across business, consumer and industry channels.
  
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

 ·    Work with Vice President to develop actionable internal and external communications strategies

 REQUIRED SKILLS:

There are five major job responsibilities for Customer Service Managers:

Provide Quality Service and Achieve Superior Customer Satisfaction

     * Serve as a liaison to the FAA, coordinating all records requests
     * Process component removal and installation records
     * Research and resolve unmatched aircraft data
     * Distribute and retain documents as required by FAA policy
     * Sets up/install inspections in computer system

REQUIRED SKILLS:
     * Bachelor’s degree (4 year degree) or equivalent experience/training preferred
     *  Aviation maintenance experience/knowledge (especially aircraft component and FAA Airworthiness Directives)
     * Effective communication skills, including the ability to read and follow directions.
     * Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills; high level of attention to detail; outstanding organizational skills
     * 10-key by touch and typing 50 wpm
     * Demonstrate sound decision-making ability

DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
American Airlines Federal Credit Union, well known for its financial leadership, innovation and service, has an opening for a Member Services Representative at its branch located at the Miami International Airport. An important component of the MSR role is building positive relationships with AAFCU members, which is key in understanding member needs and recommending appropriate products and services to fulfill those needs.

Job duties include:
     * Open new accounts, sell and process Credit Union services for new and existing members
     * Post deposits and process loan payments
     * Process various monetary transactions and maintaining account information
     * Perform Notary Services as required
     * Create and promote positive name recognition for the Credit Union  
     * Work with branch/department managers and leverage cross-selling opportunities
     * Research member inquiries and provide solutions as required in a timely manner
     * Awareness of all branch functions and duties to ensure proper support and coverage is provided at all times
     * Implementing and enforcing internal control and security measures in accordance with Credit Union policies and government regulations
     * Fostering a culture that promotes teamwork, service excellence and relationship building within the covered branches and overall organization
     * Input member information for consumer loan applicants
     * Flexibility to perform other duties as assigned
     * Work in a rotating Saturday schedule as applicable

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security and confidentiality of all account and related information which is part of their work and for ensuring that his/her work is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations including, but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act.

Level to be determined based upon qualifications and experience of candidate.

The schedule for this position will be set based upon operational needs and may require a Saturday rotation. The selected candidate must have flexibility to provide coverage any time during branch hours, as needed, as well as attend required meetings before or after hours, if scheduled.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
     * High school diploma or GED required
     * College degree preferred
     * Previous banking or Credit Union experience preferred
     * Must be able to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language
     * Bilingual, including the ability to speak, read, and write Spanish is necessary
     * Must have excellent member service skills, excellent oral and written communication skills.
     * Applicant must be VERY comfortable in a sales-cultured environment with a desire to cross sell Credit Union products and services
     * Must be able to work well independently and with minimal supervision
     * Capable of effectively working with people of varying backgrounds and levels and securing inter- and intra- departmental and external cooperation
     * Ability to proficiently use standard office equipment, PC software and applications necessary to perform job duties
     * Above-average interpersonal and communication skills and professional telephone manner
     * Strong organizational skills and capacity for attention to detail
     * Good aptitude for mathematics and analytical ability
     * Must work well under deadlines and high volume pressure
     * Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time
     * Satisfactory performance and attendance are required
     * Candidates will be required to pass applicable American Airlines pre-hire compliance checks
     * Must fulfill FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable
