BSA’s may be involved in supporting customer/business needs around user administration, configuration management (custom or off the shelf), communicating system behaviors, reporting, performance, monitoring, coordinating system needs (end of service life, patching, upgrading), support incoming bugs & defects as well as assist project managers with change requests, small enhancements and contribute to any incoming project initiatives.

 PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

      * Generating, decomposing, and managing requirements for developers and quality assurance personnel.
     * Analyzing, validating and troubleshooting product at the sub-component level including validation of web service layer, ability to consume system logs, ability to traverse database, etc. Examples include XML interface, database validation, etc.
     * In addition, validates product at the sub-component level, examples include XML interface, database validation, etc.
     *  Improves systems by studying current practices, designing modifications
     * Support distributed systems that may have database, message queue or other technological dependencies
     * Documenting and delivering technical artifacts including flow and sequence diagrams, UML models
     * Facilitating business units in defining project goals and scope
     * Leading some information gathering and analysis efforts on projects

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Qualifications

     * Undergraduate degree in CS/MIS/CIS/Technology or Business Analysis related field or equivalent experience/training
     *  3+ years of relevant system development experience, focused on technical solution delivery
     * Possesses experience managing user stores within an agile software development process
     * Elicits business and technical requirements utilizing a variety of techniques
     * Responsible for non-functional requirement, including availability, security, response time, etc.

DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:

POSITION PURPOSE:
The position has the overall responsibility for timely and accurate processing of assigned employee payroll checks including collection, review, input, edit, output, and verification of payroll data.  Explain and interpret complex payroll information to employees at all levels of the organization.  Use of analytical skills to identify and address potential issues.  Assist in specialized processing and assigned projects, requiring more detailed knowledge of payroll procedures.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
     * Process outside department timekeeping data accurately by the required deadline

     * Consistently apply company policy and government regulations to all processing

     * Review audit reports for processing errors and request corrections as necessary

     * Research employee questions and provide resolution, as dictated by company policy

     * Review contracts and apply special processing requirements to specialized workforce groups, such as unions

     * Organize and maintain records to enable special processing that reduces the occurrences of incorrect payroll payments

     * Assist in special projects and testing of new processing systems

     * Provide training as needed

     * Communicate all discrepancies to payroll supervisor or department timekeeper as necessary

     * Other duties as required

REQUIRED SKILLS:
     * Seven or more years of business experience

     * Five or more years of working in a high volume, multi-state payroll department

     * Familiarity with accounting principles relating to funds disbursements, payroll tax statutory requirements and payment regulations

     * Familiarity with garnishment processing

     * Above average customer service, communication, and organizational skills

DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Asset Management team within the American Airlines Treasury organization is responsible for oversight of the Company’s investment portfolio (including short-term investments, retirement investments such as the defined benefit and defined contribution plans, and health and welfare plan investments), enterprise risk management (foreign exchange, interest rate, and fuel price exposure), and decision support for all areas of Treasury, including Corporate Finance and Fuel Administration. 
     * Oversee AAG’s short-term investment program by working closely with investment advisors, banking, accounting, and compliance personnel
     * Conduct reviews of the Company’s capital structure and analyze impact of various capital deployment scenarios on leverage metrics, margins and credit ratings
     * Analyze AAG’s enterprise risks including fuel price, interest rate and currency exposures, which includes preparing materials to communicate exposures to senior management and assisting in formulating strategies to manage these risks
     * Develop models to rank attractiveness of various sources of capital based on current interest rates and capital markets conditions
     * Manage AAG’s surety bond program including validating all new bond requests and renewals, canceling bonds that are no longer required and substituting letters of credit with surety bonds
     * Assist with Pension and other long-term investment related administrative issues
     * Assist as necessary with other projects within the department including deal execution, banking, debt management, investments and fuel administration


REQUIRED SKILLS:
     * Minimum BA / BS degree required
     * At least 2 years of experience working in a finance-related function
     * Strong understanding of Corporate Finance theory and ability to apply to real world scenarios
     * Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills including facility in the use of MS Excel
     * Good interpersonal, presentation, verbal and written communication skills

DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
     * The Wellness Analyst interacts with contracted vendors in coordinating and documenting the delivery of occupational-related wellness resources and services such as onsite health clinics, medical re-certification programs (HIMS), employee assistance programs, and injury prevention programs.
     * The role focuses on facilitating operational milestones by analyzing program objectives, gathering technical information, inputting data, documenting output requirements and identifying operational challenges and/or problems.
     * Incumbent works within the wellness team to enhance the employee experience and helps to strengthen wellness capacity in key programs while developing, coordinating and tracking project plans. 
     * Gather and maintain data to generate reports on service level agreements, cost, and time goals
     * Track measures to ensure enhanced employee experience relative to each assigned program or service and work to resolve employee escalations
     * Track and resolve both individual and program issues
     * Work collaboratively at all levels and with multiple stakeholders to facilitate program success
     * Assemble project plans and provide status reports according to the informational needs of the stakeholders
     * Assists with program implementation meetings with vendors to assure deployment of occupational wellness programs are on time and without employee disruption
     * Promote wellness programs through active, ongoing communications and demonstrated commitment to personal well-being.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
     * Knowledge of occupational health industry trends, regulations and best practices
     * Minimum 3 years of demonstrated skill in researching, analyzing, manipulating and summarizing markers of operational excellence in occupational health-related field
     * Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, detect trends, draw conclusions and formulate recommendations
     * Ability to handle confidential, sensitive information with discretion
     * Team player who is calm and effective while working in a fast-paced environment
     * Prioritization and time management skills; ability to meet deadlines
     * Independently able to analyze and research complex issues and provide resolution
     * Organized, and able to meet strict deadlines within a fast-paced environment
     * Strong computer aptitude, including Microsoft Office suite with advanced Excel and Sharepoint skills

DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
There are five major job responsibilities for Customer Service Managers:

Provide Quality Service and Achieve Superior Customer Satisfaction
     * Resolve customer service and operational problems during tour of duty
     * Work in operation during peak or irregular periods
     * Spend majority of time in the operation, interacting with customers and employees
     * Prepare customer correspondence
     * Use cross-functional teams to generate and implement quality improvement ideas
     * Evaluate team performance through corporate quality control measurements, such as observations, CSI feedback, CSA data and customer complaints and compliments

Meet Profitability and Cost Control Goals
     * Develop and monitor budgets and spending
     * Actively seek cost reduction ideas
     * Monitor lost time and administer the Attendance Control Policy

Ensure Compliance with all Operations, AA Safety, FAA and Other Government Requirements during Tour of Duty
     * Investigates discrepancies and compiles statistical data for compliance purposes
     * Write delay analysis and irregularity reports and complete OS1 documentation

Provide Team Members with Fair and Equitable Treatment
     * Coach and counsel personnel and provide guidance to team on customer service and performance issues
     * Conduct performance reviews for team members on a regular basis
     * Document employee performance using Peak Performance through Commitment (PPC)
     * Encourage employee teamwork to generate and implement individual and team's best ideas
     * Respond to employees' professional and personal issues
     * Conduct investigations and Boards of Inquiry (BOI) and, when necessary, dismiss employees for performance or attendance issues

Run an Effective Operation
     * Communicate with managers, peers and team members, both within their immediate department, as well as with other departments
     * Administer company policies and procedures
     * Provide team with necessary tools, resources and training to meet or exceed all operational performance goals
     * Involve all team members in determination of operational improvements
     * Coordinate operation including scheduling, hiring, training, inventory, etc.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
     * Must be able to lead and motivate employees in working as a team
     * Must be decisive and be able to work under demanding operational conditions in a stressful environment
     * Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, leadership, initiative and judgment
     * Must demonstrate strong administrative and analytical abilities
     * Must be willing to work outdoors in any weather conditions in accordance to AA Safety Guidelines
     * Must be willing to work extra hours when there are operational needs, such as weather delays
     * Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends, holidays and days-off
     * Must be able to become certified Ground Security Coordinator (GSC), if applicable
     * Prior Airport Services experience preferred
     * Knowledge of company policies and procedures, applicable SABRE and other functional automation knowledge
     * Must be willing to take a pre-employment drug screening test
     * Must be willing to undergo comprehensive background and/or fingerprint checks to satisfy security requirements, if applicable
