DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Test Automation Developer

 Provide test automation solutions and services for multiple complex projects to deliver high-quality software solutions for airports.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
     * Work with development team and QA analysts to design, and develop, and enhance automated regressions and performance test suites for multiple applications
     * Execute and report results of automated functional and regression testing
     * Research and document issues following agreed-upon processes immediately upon discovery of a quality problem.
     * Estimate effort and resources needed for automated testing activities
     * Design frameworks and provide technical expertise for automated testing that incorporate industry standard techniques, strategies and processes
     * Assist and support QA analysts in understanding technical aspects of the supported applications
     * Provide thorough and on-going evaluation of testing tools and assist with their design and implementation
     * Work with multiple application development teams to identify, diagnose, and report on application performance issues
     * Perform the setup, upgrade, testing and administration of tools used by the testing team
     * Self-motivated and able to work independently and as a team member

 REQUIRED SKILLS:
     * Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, MIS or related technical field or equivalent experience/training
     * At least 2 years of experience with test automation of applications using Windows-based testing tools (e.g. TFS, VS Coded UI, SQL)
     * At least 3 years of experience with QA and/or application development
     * Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
     * Extensive knowledge/experience applying automation techniques and tools
     * Experience in adapting/building an automated testing framework based on re-usable components
     * Ability to work in a collaborative environment using source control and other development toolsets
     * Experience creating, enhancing and/or implementing guidelines and best practices for test automation development
     * Full SDL experience; Agile experience preferred
     * Experience or good knowledge of at least one object-oriented programming language (e.g. C#, C++, Java)
     * Experience or good knowledge of at least one scripting language (e.g. Perl, PowerShell), and fluency in regular expressions
     * Experience in development and utilizing web services in .NET and experience with development utilities like Fiddler, SoapUI etc.  
     * Excellent knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture and object-oriented programming methodologies
     * Excellent knowledge of software development best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
     * Strong knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle)
     * Experienced in Windows environments
     * Excellent prioritization, time management/multi-tasking skills
     * Flexibility and adaptable to changing environments
     * Strong verbal and written communication skills
     * Strong focus on customer service and teamwork
     * Experienced user of Microsoft Office Tools
     * Business knowledge of the Sabre reservation systems and other airport operational applications is a plus​

 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
POSITION PURPOSE:
 Play a lead role in developing and executing public relations and employee communications programs.  Help shape and protect the Company’s reputation, internally and externally, among the airline’s key stakeholders.  Establish and optimize media and third-party influential relationships across business, consumer and industry channels.
  
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

 ·    Work with Vice President to develop actionable internal and external communications strategies

·    Leverage the Company’s existing media and third-party influential relationships to de-fuse reputation-threatening issues, including labor disputes, operational problems and financial concerns

·    Identify, shape and pitch proactive company stories that reinforce, internally and externally, key business strategies and results

·    Manage a combination of traditional and digital communications channels to engage the Company’s geographically dispersed and highly-mobile workforce

·    Establish and maintain successful partnerships with other leaders and teams from across the airline, including key operating groups, labor relations, major airline hub locations, human resources and legal / public affairs

·    Serve as one of the Company’s spokespersons

·    Assist in developing the annual corporate communications operating plan/budget and oversee day-to-day department activities

·    Provide counsel regarding communications issues to company management

·    Develop criteria/methods to evaluate communications programs

 REQUIRED SKILLS:
Qualifications:

      * Undergraduate degree in Communication or related field or equivalent experience/training
     * At least 10 years of corporate communications-related experience, including internal and external engagement
     * Background in airline industry
     * Proven ability to establish media and industry analyst relationships
     * Proven track record of leading, motivating and developing communications teams
     * Track record of conducting successful, proactive communication programs which employ creativity and a variety of tools, forums, and media
     * Ability to work in fast-paced, results-oriented, dynamic business environment
     * Solid experience mitigating a diverse mix of high-visibility crises and issues management scenarios
     * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels within the organization as well as with external contacts

 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
     * Implement and apply operational plans, policies, and procedures as required based on analysis to maximize operational efficiency.
     * Accurately enter all off phone exceptions submitted by employees
     * Utilize reporting processes to review and analyze office statistics to optimize daily performance.
     * Frequently communicate operational activity with reservations management and provide local staff recommendations to improve operational performance
     * Send communications to staff totaling over 750 employees
     * Provide high level of customer service to internal/external customers
     * Answer incoming phone calls with a high level of customer service
     * Troubleshoot reservations technical systems and report problems
     * Coordinate facility problems with management and ROC
     * Manage and maintain employee databases including Genesys and IW
     * Provide Supervisors with individual employee reports as needed
     * Possess thorough knowledge of CWA Passenger Service Agreement and work rules
     * Manage and maintain employee records, master files, daily work files and exception events, including shift trades and voluntary time off requests.
     * Assume responsibility to manage local reservations center and employees as/when required
     * Act as local contact point and assume responsibility for implementing local emergency procedures
     * Monitor queues in Pulse to manage real-time operational needs and adjust staffing requirements as necessary.
     * Complete other ad hoc projects as assigned.


REQUIRED SKILLS:
     * Undergraduate degree in Business or equivalent experience/training
     * At least 2 years call center environment/customer service experience
     * Working knowledge of call center dynamics and systems, including staffing and performance metrics, ACD TCS, Shares/QIK and network knowledge
     * Ability to work in a team environment and handle multiple assignments
     * Ability to respond to constantly changing priorities under pressure
     * Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
     * Strong verbal and written communication skills
     * Must be able to work variable shifts in a 24/7 call center environment, weekends, overnights and holidays.
     * Excellent customer service skills
