DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Key Global Sales role responsible for the active development of leisure business with emphasis on APAC ethnic wholesale and consolidator accounts and community sales activities to drive incremental revenue as a major player in the success of AA’s China and other APAC routes.  Developing and expanding the account base receiving specialty net programs within the leisure channel and being a champion in the Asia-Pacific community. Fostering and leveraging relationships with all key, ethnic community leaders and important stakeholders most closely tied to the APAC marketplaces including business leaders, civic, non-profit and government officials. Mandarin, Cantonese or both languages and understanding of the Chinese ethnic community is required for this role.

Understands how to identify opportunities in various important points of sale cities, making sure programs are in place to capture and deliver business for AA and our Pacific Joint Business partners.Stay current on marketplace competitiveness, execute appropriate sales strategies and collaborate with key interdepartmental stakeholders (such as Revenue Management) to gain AA’s fair share of Leisure revenue leading to route success and strong account performance.Use specific Leisure performance reports and a broad range of programs within the Strategic Leisure purview to affect business performance.

The Sr. Strategic Leisure Sales Specialist has a solid understanding of net fare programs and more importantly, is able to grow leisure business in managed channels and influence decision-making in the ethnic communities.

DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
POSITION PURPOSE:
     * Responsible for auditing, balancing, and timely reporting of payroll tax information to regulatory agencies.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
     * Auditing, balancing, and reporting of payroll taxes on a pay period, quarterly, and annual basis
     * Ensure accurate and timely payroll tax reporting and payments for both in-house and third party payroll tax vendors to all tax agencies
     * Prepare and file Canadian tax filings and payments on a timely basis
     * Calculate and report theoretical taxes for expatriate employees
     * Ensure accurate and timely distribution of W2s
     * Testing all vendor tax updates prior to implementation
     * Assist in research, analysis, and preparation required for special projects/reports
     * Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED SKILLS:
     * Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance or related field or equivalent experience/training
     * At least 6 years experience with multi-state tax reporting in a large-scale payroll processing environment
     * Working knowledge of federal and multi-state payroll tax regulations; ability to research tax regulations
     * Demonstrated ability in working with large-scale complex mainframe applications, computer data retrieval systems, and PC applications
     * Knowledge of internal controls
     * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills
     * Strong written and verbal skills; able to effectively communicate with all levels of management
     * Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
     * Able to work independently

DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
POSITION PURPOSE:
     * Establish and maintain training materials and records for Payroll Operations personnel
     * Provide administrative support for users of the Siebel Case Management Tool, Cyborg, Sharp and various other systems including Microsoft Office
     * Schedule students for courses, provide training and perform general office and administrative tasks as required.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
     * Create and maintain employee training materials related to payroll operations
     * Create curriculum and providing training classes related to payroll operations
     * Provide technical and administrative support for the users of Computer Based Training (CBT), Cyborg, Sharp, Seibel and timekeeping systems
     * Work closely with payroll applications to monitor changes to existing processes for training updates
     * Provide feedback on employee performance during training periods
     * Generate training reports for management
     * Publish class offerings and schedule students for courses
     * Completes ad-hoc assignments, as necessary

REQUIRED SKILLS:
     * Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, or related field or equivalent experience/training
     * At least 2 years payroll experience preferred
     * At least 2 years Computer Based Training (CBT) preferred
     * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong presentation skills
     * Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) gained through either work experience with the software or education and hands-on use of the software
     * Self-motivated with strong organization skills and has the ability to effectively prioritize work and meet deadlines
     * Ability to perform in a fast paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and function as an integral part of a team

     * Participate in the design, development, testing, implementation and documentation of accounting systems and related interfaces. 
     * Recommend and implement system modifications to improve internal control, increase efficiency or reduce costs.
     * Identify, document, and escalate system issues to the IT department.
     * Assist in providing new employees with appropriate training on business processes and system applications for assigned areas of responsibility.
     * Assist in providing direction as needed to team members.
     * Develop and maintain documentation for business and system processes for assigned responsibilities.
     * Represent the department in meetings and through written and verbal communication with internal and external customers.
     * Perform a variety of other functions/ad-hoc projects as assigned to aid in the department's achievement of goals and business objectives.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Required:
     * Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
     * Minimum of 3-4years of combined public accounting experience or experience in large public company corporate accounting department

DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the Miami Regional Manager of Global Investigations, the Security Coordinator is primarily responsible to ensure the safety and security of the customers, employees and corporate assets of American Airlines. Conduct observations of outbound International flights based on criteria developed and identified by Customer and Border Patrol. 

Work in coordination with Baggage Service, Cargo, Ramp Service and Customer Care Departments to ensure timely departures of flights.

Act as a liaison with all levels of law enforcement on criminal and security matters

Identify risk and suggest solutions to help mitigate loss.

Become familiar with and enforce all government and airline security regulations

Perform other duties as required by business needs of the department


REQUIRED SKILLS:
     * Minimum five years’ law enforcement or military experience
