DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
 American Airlines Federal Credit Union, well known for its financial leadership, innovation, and service, is seeking a full time Member Services Representative that will be based out of our Boston Branch at Logan International Airport.   

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

     * Open new accounts, sell and process Credit Union services for new and existing members
     * Post deposits, loan payments and encode all checks received with accuracy and detail
     * Disburse checks from share withdrawals, loans and line of credit advances
     * Must cross-sell credit union products and services
     * Will work directly with the Credit Union members, branch manager and other personnel
     * Perform other duties as assigned

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security and confidentiality of all account and related information which is part of their work and for ensuring that his/her work is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations including, but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act. 

Job level to be determined based upon qualifications and experience of the selected candidate.

Branch hours are Monday through Thursday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Friday 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. and Saturdays 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon. The selected candidate must have flexibility to provide coverage any time during branch hours, as needed, as well as attend required meetings before or after hours, if scheduled.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
     * High school diploma or GED required
     * Previous banking or credit union experience preferred
     * Previous retail, service or sales experienced candidates are encouraged to apply
     * Must be energetic with above average customer service skills, and above all, like serving people with a courteous & outgoing personality

DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
American Airlines Federal Credit Union is looking for a new Loan Officer to join the Flagship team located at our headquarters in Ft. Worth, Texas.  The ideal candidate will be a professional who is enthusiastic, energetic, highly-motivated and passionate for meeting member needs.
  
Hours are primarily Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm, with required Saturday Rotation.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

     * Processing new loan applications, which includes interviewing the member, analyzing credit reports and documentation and offering the best product to meet member needs
     * Exercising lending authority to correctly handle all loan requests, including but not limited to consumer and Home Equity loans
     * Creating and promoting positive name recognition for the Credit Union   
     * Coordinating and scheduling special Credit Union events
     * Working with branch/department managers and staff to identify and leverage cross-selling opportunities 
     * Researching member inquiries and providing solutions as required in a timely manner
     * Being aware of all branch functions and duties to ensure proper support and coverage is provided at all times
     * Implementing and enforcing internal control and security measures in accordance with Credit Union policies and government regulations
     * Fostering a culture that promotes teamwork, service excellence and relationship building within the branch and overall organization
     * Handling responsibilities of a Member Service Representative as needed, such as opening New Accounts and/or products and services, taking deposits, making withdrawals or processing transfers

There are five major job responsibilities for Customer Service Managers:

Provide Quality Service and Achieve Superior Customer Satisfaction
     * Resolve customer service and operational problems during tour of duty
     * Work in operation during peak or irregular periods
