<b>DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></div>

Overall responsibility for timely and accurately updating
employee HR data (pay rates, work location, job titles/codes, seniority dates
and other demographics) in SAP and Oracle. Work closely with other departments
(Talent Services and Payroll) to ensure proper sequence of downstream
interfaces. </div>

<b>Principal Duties and Responsibilities:</b></div>

* Process
employee data changes to include, but not limited to; seniority date
calculations, organizational changes, personal data (name, contact

of master data information requiring knowledge of collective bargaining
agreements</div>

* Ensure
accurate and timely documentation for all terminated employees</div>

pay calculation, automated time and attendance, deductions</div>

hire, termination and retiree data in HRIS systems, including contact

wage and ensure employee record is configured appropriately for downstream

* Implement
and apply operational plans, policies, and procedures as required based on
analysis to maximize operational efficiency.</div>

* Accurately
enter all off phone exceptions submitted by employees</div>
<div class="MsoPlainText">
* Utilize
reporting processes to review and analyze office statistics to optimize daily
performance.</div>
<div class="MsoPlainText">
* Frequently
communicate operational activity with reservations management and provide local
staff recommendations to improve operational performance</div>
<div class="MsoPlainText">
* Send
communications to staff totaling over 750 employees</div>
<div class="MsoPlainText">
* Provide high
level of customer service to internal/external customers</div>
<div class="MsoPlainText">
* Answer
incoming phone calls with a high level of customer service</div>
<div class="MsoPlainText">
* Troubleshoot
reservations technical systems and report problems</div>
<div class="MsoPlainText">
* Coordinate
facility problems with management and ROC</div>

* Manage and
maintain employee databases including Genesys and IW</div>

* Provide
Supervisors with individual employee reports as needed</div>

* Possess
thorough knowledge of CWA Passenger Service Agreement and work rules</div>

* Manage and
maintain employee records, master files, daily work files and exception events,
including shift trades and voluntary time off requests.</div>

* Assume
responsibility to manage local reservations center and employees as/when
required</div>
<div class="MsoPlainText">
* Act as local
contact point and assume responsibility for implementing local emergency
procedures</div>
<div class="MsoPlainText">
* Monitor
queues in Pulse to manage real-time operational needs and adjust staffing
requirements as necessary.</div>

* Complete
other ad hoc projects as assigned.</div>

REQUIRED SKILLS:</div>

Undergraduate degree in Business or equivalent experience/training</div>

* At least 2
years call center environment/customer service experience</div>

* Working
knowledge of call center dynamics and systems, including staffing and
performance metrics, ACD TCS, Shares/QIK and network knowledge</div>
<div class="MsoPlainText">
* Ability to
work in a team environment and handle multiple assignments</div>

respond to constantly changing priorities under pressure</div>
