PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
     * Assists in troubleshooting production issues
     * Supports change management process to ensure that all Request for Change (RFC) forms are created, submitted, tracked and that the appropriate approvals are obtained
     * Requires participation on on-call  24x7 rotation schedule to support airline operations
     * Supports incident management process to ensure that all work orders (Magic Queue) are logged and tracked and followed through to resolution
     * Supports communication and response process; responding to users on system issues, maintenance and system status
     * Monitors team mailbox for any issues and records all issues, and/or questions, on a daily log

 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
  The successful candidate is a self-starter that will lead a team of developers responsible for integrating data into the Teradata enterprise data warehouse by leveraging the IBM Information Server/DataStage Extract-Transform-Load (ETL) software. The candidate will participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, from inception through post-implementation support, for all types of applications consistent with established specifications and business requirements to deliver business value.
     * Collaborate with technical teams to develop solutions that are reusable
     * Document technical designs to ensure clients’ needs are captured
     * Research, evaluate, identify alternative design and test approaches, and lead code reviews
     * Develop ETL codes that meets technical specification and business requirements according to the established designs and framework
     * Proactive and diligent in identifying and communicating development issues and
     * recommending potential solutions
     * Troubleshoot development and operational problems and provide timely solutions
     * Participates in system and integration test; identifies and remedies solution defects
     * Will be required to do production support of existing jobs and new jobs which are promoted to Production
     * Creates other technical deliverable artifacts such as source-to-target mappings, implementation run books etc. needed for project implementation


REQUIRED SKILLS:
     * 5+ years’ experience with SQL, Teradata, Oracle in Unix environment
     * 5+ years’ experience in developing applications in a high volume ETL DataStage environment including utilizing the following DataStage stages
          + Sequential file, Complex Flat file, ABAP/IDOC stages, Remove Duplicates, Lookup, Join and Transform stages.
     * 5+ years’ experience in a technical leadership role
     * Strong written and verbal communications skills required; ability to lead project meetings,
     * communicate with business stakeholders, and report to management
     * Solid understanding of data warehousing architecture
     * Attention to detail and maintaining high data quality standards
     * Tivoli Work Load Scheduler and Shell Scripting (UNIX/Linux) is strongly desired

Customer Service Managers (CSM) plays a critical role in our day-to-day operations by leading and guiding our employees to provide the most professional customer service in the industry. CSMs are the closest to our customers and our employees therefore pivotal in the interrelationships between the traveling public and our company as well as the growth and development of our front-line employees.

Responsibilities for Customer Service Managers include:

DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
The role of a Business Systems Analyst is to work as a liaison between the business and technology teams in order to improve the products and services being delivered by the IT organization. Day-to-day duties include, but are not limited to: gather, review and analyze relevant data and statistics; create/review user stories for defining work; create business flow documents; verify test cases align to system functionality.   A Business Systems Analyst is expected to gather business and functional requirements, support integration testing, work with business and IT groups through all phases of the Agile SDLC and communicate effectively across the Business and IT teams.  


 PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Work with business partners and team members to convert requirements into appropriate user stories

·         Communicate effectively with coworkers, peers, management, business partners and stakeholders to create a shared understanding of project requirements

·         Facilitate brainstorming discussions, iteration planning, story estimation, daily stand-up meetings, demos and retrospectives.

·         Elicits business requirements from partners and translates them into functional specifications and may assist in technical design

·         Create business flow assessments to ensure appropriate design of solutions 

·         Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts and decompose high-level information into detailed requirements/user stories

·         Support team by assisting with: functionality questions, testing, implementation, and other deployment and delivery functions, as assigned 

·         Contribute to the creation of business plans (including business cases) to assure plans meet company goals

·         Integrate business plans with technical programs and project plans

·         Serve as conduit between developers, architects/designers, and internal business partner and/or vendor companies

·         Use data and analysis to make decisions and influence others

·         Create and update documentation for different audiences, including operations and customer support

·         Provides assistance in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
QUALIFICATIONS:

·         Undergraduate degree in CS/CE/CIS/MIS/Engineering/Technology or Business Administration related field or equivalent experience/training

·         1-2 + years Agile development experience in an enterprise level IT environment

·         Able to foster collaboration both inside the team and across teams

·         Strong understanding of business systems and industry requirements, and full technical knowledge of systems analysis

·         Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills - good presentation and facilitation skills, passionate, energetic and detail-oriented

·         Experience working under pressure with precision and accuracy

 There are five major job responsibilities for Customer Service Managers:

Provide Quality Service and Achieve Superior Customer Satisfaction


     * Resolve customer service and operational problems during tour of duty

     * Work in operation during peak or irregular periods

     * Spend majority of time in the operation, interacting with customers and employees

     * Prepare customer correspondence

     * Use cross-functional teams to generate and implement quality improvement ideas

     * Evaluate team performance through corporate quality control measurements, such as observations, CSI feedback, CSA data and customer complaints and compliments

Meet Profitability and Cost Control Goals


     * Develop and monitor budgets and spending

     * Actively seek cost reduction ideas

     * Monitor lost time and administer the Attendance Control Policy


Ensure Compliance with all Operations, AA Safety, FAA and Other Government Requirements during Tour of Duty

     * Investigates discrepancies and compiles statistical data for compliance purposes

     * Write delay analysis and irregularity reports and complete OS1 documentation


Provide Team Members with Fair and Equitable Treatment


     * Coach and counsel personnel and provide guidance to team on customer service and performance issues

     * Conduct performance reviews for team members on a regular basis

     * Document employee performance using Peak Performance through Commitment (PPC)

     * Encourage employee teamwork to generate and implement individual and team's best ideas

     * Respond to employees' professional and personal issues
