DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Supply Chain Performance, Business Intelligence team is responsible for the development and tracking of key operational metrics that drive the AA Technical Operations Supply Chain organization.  We partner with internal departments to identify opportunities to improve the overall performance and efficiency of the spare parts supply chain behind the World’s Largest Airline.

Duties:
     * Support the development, implementation and delivery of robust analytics, business intelligence reports, dashboards, and metrics to drive improvements to the supply chain operation and day-to-day activities
     * Interact across internal departments to support implementation and tracking of process improvements
     * Analyze, troubleshoot and determine data error root causes within and between systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity
     * Utilize data mining and analytics to understand transactional trends and opportunities
     * Support supply chain system integration initiatives

REQUIRED SKILLS:
     * Bachelor degree preferably in computer science, math, engineering, operations research or any other quantitative field.  Master degree in business, management or a technical field a plus
     * Aptitude for problem identification and resolution; tenacity to deep dive into root causes of data issues
     * Self-motivated individual with a high level of integrity; ability to multi-task and prioritize projects based on business needs
     * 5+ years of advanced Excel experience; 2+ years PowerPoint
     * 2+ years of experience writing SQL and/or SAS queries; or any other related programming and data analysis experience
     * Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively cross-functionally and at all levels of management
     * Industry experience in the area of logistics/supply chain operations, quantitative disciplines, business analysis, engineering, or consulting a plus
     * Knowledge of inventory management, supply chain systems a plus
     * Experience with Teradata, SAP, Oracle, Cognos, Tableau, MS Access, SQL Server and other BI tools a plus

DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
American Airlines Federal Credit Union, well known for its financial leadership, innovation and service, has an opening for a full time Member Services Representative at its Branch located in Southlake, Texas. An important component of the MSR role is building positive relationships with AAFCU members, which is key in understanding member needs and recommending appropriate products and services to fulfill those needs.
     * Open new accounts, sell and process Credit Union services for new and existing members
     * Post deposits and process loan payments
     * Process various monetary transactions and maintaining account information
     * Perform Notary Services as required
     * Create and promote positive name recognition for the Credit Union  
     * Work with branch/department managers and leverage cross-selling opportunities
     * Research member inquiries and provide solutions as required in a timely manner
     * Awareness of all branch functions and duties to ensure proper support and coverage is provided at all times
     * Implementing and enforcing internal control and security measures in accordance with Credit Union policies and government regulations
     * Fostering a culture that promotes teamwork, service excellence and relationship building within the covered branches and overall organization
     * Input member information for consumer loan applicants
     * Flexibility to perform other duties as assigned
     * Work in a rotating Saturday schedule as applicable
     * The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security and confidentiality of all account and related information which is part of their work and for ensuring that his/her work is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations including, but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act.
     * Level to be determined based upon qualifications and experience of candidate.
     * The schedule for this position will be Monday thru Friday or set based upon operational needs and will  require a Saturday rotation.
     * The selected candidate must have flexibility to provide coverage any time during branch hours, as needed, as well as attend required meetings before or after hours, if scheduled.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
     * High school diploma or GED required
     * College degree preferred
     * Previous banking or Credit Union experience preferred
     * Must be able to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language
     * Bilingual, including the ability to speak, read, and write Spanish a plus
     * Must have excellent member service skills, excellent oral and written communication skills.
     * Applicant must be VERY comfortable in a sales-cultured environment with a desire to cross sell Credit Union products and services
     * Must be able to work well independently and with minimal supervision
     * Capable of effectively working with people of varying backgrounds and levels and securing inter- and intra- departmental and external cooperation
     * Ability to proficiently use standard office equipment, PC software and applications necessary to perform job duties
     * Above-average interpersonal and communication skills and professional telephone manner
     * Strong organizational skills and capacity for attention to detail

     * Must work well under deadlines and high volume pressure
     * Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time

REQUIRED SKILLS:

DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Overall responsibility for timely and accurately updating employee HR data (pay rates, work location, job titles/codes, seniority dates and other demographics) in SAP and Oracle. Work closely with other departments (Talent Services and Payroll) to ensure proper sequence of downstream interfaces.  

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
     * Process employee data changes to include, but not limited to; seniority date calculations, organizational changes, personal data (name, contact information), LOA’s
     * Processing of master data information requiring knowledge of collective bargaining agreements
     * Ensure accurate and timely documentation for all terminated employees
     * Provide user support to employees inquiring about information reflected on paycheck stub, pay calculation, automated time and attendance, deductions
     * Audit new hire, termination and retiree data in HRIS systems, including contact information, cost center information, job title/job code information, starting wage and ensure employee record is configured appropriately for downstream system accesses

REQUIRED SKILLS:
     * Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience/training
     * At least 1 year of work experience on SAP or other HRIS programs
     * Ability to work with multiple PC based applications and systems including SAP HR, Workbrain, MS Office products
     * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees within the organization
     * Demonstrates aptitude and desire for customer service
     * Experience with union work rule environment and processes preferred
     * Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and  handle heavy work volume in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment, with minimal supervision

DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
There are five major job responsibilities for Customer Service Managers:

Provide Quality Service and Achieve Superior Customer Satisfaction
     * Resolve customer service and operational problems during tour of duty
     * Work in operation during peak or irregular periods
     * Spend majority of time in the operation, interacting with customers and employees
     * Prepare customer correspondence
     * Use cross-functional teams to generate and implement quality improvement ideas
     * Evaluate team performance through corporate quality control measurements, such as observations, CSI feedback, CSA data and customer complaints and compliments

Meet Profitability and Cost Control Goals
     * Develop and monitor budgets and spending
     * Actively seek cost reduction ideas
     * Monitor lost time and administer the Attendance Control Policy

Ensure Compliance with all Operations, AA Safety, FAA and Other Government Requirements during Tour of Duty
     * Investigates discrepancies and compiles statistical data for compliance purposes
     * Write delay analysis and irregularity reports and complete OS1 documentation

Provide Team Members with Fair and Equitable Treatment
     * Coach and counsel personnel and provide guidance to team on customer service and performance issues
     * Conduct performance reviews for team members on a regular basis
     * Document employee performance using Peak Performance through Commitment (PPC)
     * Encourage employee teamwork to generate and implement individual and team's best ideas
     * Respond to employees' professional and personal issues
     * Conduct investigations and Boards of Inquiry (BOI) and, when necessary, dismiss employees for performance or attendance issues

Run an Effective Operation
     * Communicate with managers, peers and team members, both within their immediate department, as well as with other departments
     * Administer company policies and procedures
     * Provide team with necessary tools, resources and training to meet or exceed all operational performance goals
     * Involve all team members in determination of operational improvements
     * Coordinate operation including scheduling, hiring, training, inventory, etc.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
     * Must be able to lead and motivate employees in working as a team
     * Must be decisive and be able to work under demanding operational conditions in a stressful environment
     * Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, leadership, initiative and judgment
     * Must demonstrate strong administrative and analytical abilities
     * Must be willing to work outdoors in any weather conditions in accordance to AA Safety Guidelines
     * Must be willing to work extra hours when there are operational needs, such as weather delays
     * Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends, holidays and days-off
     * Must be able to become certified Ground Security Coordinator (GSC), if applicable
     * Prior Airport Services experience preferred
     * Knowledge of company policies and procedures, applicable SABRE and other functional automation knowledge
     * Must be willing to take a pre-employment drug screening test
     * Must be willing to undergo comprehensive background and/or fingerprint checks to satisfy security requirements, if applicable
