DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Supply Chain Performance, Business Intelligence
team is responsible for the development and tracking of key operational
metrics that drive the AA Technical Operations Supply Chain organization.
We partner with internal departments to identify opportunities to improve the
overall performance and efficiency of the spare parts supply chain behind the
World’s Largest Airline.
Duties:
* Support the
development, implementation and delivery of robust analytics, business
intelligence reports, dashboards, and metrics to drive improvements to the
supply chain operation and day-to-day activities
* Interact
across internal departments to support implementation and tracking of process
improvements
* Analyze,
troubleshoot and determine data error root causes within and between systems to
ensure data accuracy and integrity
* Utilize data
mining and analytics to understand transactional trends and opportunities
* Support
supply chain system integration initiatives
REQUIRED SKILLS:
* Bachelor
degree preferably in computer science, math, engineering, operations research
or any other quantitative field. Master degree in business, management or
a technical field a plus
* Aptitude for
problem identification and resolution; tenacity to deep dive into root causes
of data issues
*
Self-motivated individual with a high level of integrity; ability to multi-task
and prioritize projects based on business needs
* 5+ years of
advanced Excel experience; 2+ years PowerPoint
* 2+ years of
experience writing SQL and/or SAS queries; or any other related programming and
data analysis experience
* Excellent
written, oral, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate
effectively cross-functionally and at all levels of management
* Industry experience
in the area of logistics/supply chain operations, quantitative disciplines,
business analysis, engineering, or consulting a plus
* Knowledge of
inventory management, supply chain systems a plus
* Experience
with Teradata, SAP, Oracle, Cognos, Tableau, MS Access, SQL Server and other BI
tools a plus

DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
American Airlines Federal Credit Union, well known for
its financial leadership, innovation and service, has an opening for a full
time Member Services Representative at its Branch located in Southlake, Texas.
An important component of the MSR role is building positive relationships with
AAFCU members, which is key in understanding member needs and recommending
appropriate products and services to fulfill those needs.
* Open new
accounts, sell and process Credit Union services for new and existing members
* Post
deposits and process loan payments
* Process
various monetary transactions and maintaining account information
* Perform
Notary Services as required
* Create and
promote positive name recognition for the Credit Union
* Work with
branch/department managers and leverage cross-selling opportunities
* Research
member inquiries and provide solutions as required in a timely manner
* Awareness of
all branch functions and duties to ensure proper support and coverage is
provided at all times
* Implementing
and enforcing internal control and security measures in accordance with Credit
Union policies and government regulations
* Fostering a
culture that promotes teamwork, service excellence and relationship building
within the covered branches and overall organization
* Input member
information for consumer loan applicants
* Flexibility
to perform other duties as assigned
* Work in a
rotating Saturday schedule as applicable
* The selected
candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security and confidentiality of
all account and related information which is part of their work and for
ensuring that his/her work is in compliance with all applicable laws and
regulations including, but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act.
* Level to be
determined based upon qualifications and experience of candidate.
* The schedule
for this position will be Monday thru Friday or set based upon operational
needs and will require a Saturday rotation.
* The selected
candidate must have flexibility to provide coverage any time during branch
hours, as needed, as well as attend required meetings before or after hours, if
scheduled.
REQUIRED SKILLS:

Overall responsibility for timely and accurately updating

and other demographics) in SAP and Oracle. Work closely with other departments
(Talent Services and Payroll) to ensure proper sequence of downstream
interfaces.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
* Process
employee data changes to include, but not limited to; seniority date
calculations, organizational changes, personal data (name, contact
information), LOA’s
* Processing
of master data information requiring knowledge of collective bargaining
agreements
* Ensure
accurate and timely documentation for all terminated employees
* Provide user
support to employees inquiring about information reflected on paycheck stub,
pay calculation, automated time and attendance, deductions
* Audit new
hire, termination and retiree data in HRIS systems, including contact

wage and ensure employee record is configured appropriately for downstream
system accesses
REQUIRED SKILLS:
