Job Title:

Receptionist

Job Description / Responsibilities:  

As a receptionist you will perform a range of office and clerical duties that will include but are not limited to:
·         Answering the main phone line; multi-lines
·         Draftig and sending letters and or memos
·        Operating fax machines, copiers and phone system and using computers for spreadsheets,            word processing, database management and other applications
·         Sorting mail out and either forwarding or delivering it to the correct department
·         Performing data entry
·         Maintaining paper and electronic filing systems for records and correspondence
·         Processing expense reports

Job Requirements:

As a Receptionist you must 
be dependable, responsible and able to work at a fast pace while always being able to occupy yourself with new tasks as needed. 

You must also be a team player with a solid ethic who is always prompt, on time and committed to maintaining consistent work attendance. It will also be important that you display exceptional attention to detail and solid organizational skills. 

You must also have strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Specific requirements for the position include:

·         High school diploma or GED
·         Advanced knowledge MS Office
·         Bilingual ability is a MUST
·         At least three years of experience in a support role
·         Strong time management and organizational skills
·         Must demonstrate initiative and have the ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
·         Multi-line phone experience and great phone etiquette is a plus
·         Basic accounting skills is a plus
