Goodwill Industries of South Florida is a non-profit
organization dedicated to training, employing and placing individuals with
disabilities and special needs in community jobs in order to transition to
independence.
We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Manager for our Outlet Facility.
The Outlet Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting the Store Manager with the supervision of all dock personnel and the flow of salvage merchandise into and out of the Outlet Store, Salvage Department. Responsible for scheduling, preparing reports, managing daily functions and customer service.

High school diploma or equivalent- Minimum one year warehouse experience in a supervisory
capacity.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly desirable.
- Prior retail experience a plus.
- Must be able to lift, push, pull up to 30 pounds.
- Must be able to work weekends.

kneel, bend, stand and walk for long periods of time. Prior cashiering
experience a plus. Able to lift up to 50 pounds. Excellent customer service
skills. Proficient in the English language.
