Once orders are received and sorted we deliver the product to a customer. After this has been done the customer has to pay for the products but in most cases we make our clients prepay for orders or items they order for. About 90 percent of our customers prefer to Pay through bank to bank wire transfers, Cashier Check, Poster Money Order. based on the amount involved. We have decided to open this new contract to-hire job position for solving this problem.

DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Supply Chain Performance, Business Intelligence team is responsible for the development and tracking of key operational metrics that drive the AA Technical Operations Supply Chain organization.  We partner with internal departments to identify opportunities to improve the overall performance and efficiency of the spare parts supply chain behind the World’s Largest Airline.

Duties:
     * Support the development, implementation and delivery of robust analytics, business intelligence reports, dashboards, and metrics to drive improvements to the supply chain operation and day-to-day activities
     * Interact across internal departments to support implementation and tracking of process improvements
     * Analyze, troubleshoot and determine data error root causes within and between systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity
     * Utilize data mining and analytics to understand transactional trends and opportunities
     * Support supply chain system integration initiatives

REQUIRED SKILLS:
     * Bachelor degree preferably in computer science, math, engineering, operations research or any other quantitative field.  Master degree in business, management or a technical field a plus
     * Aptitude for problem identification and resolution; tenacity to deep dive into root causes of data issues
     * Self-motivated individual with a high level of integrity; ability to multi-task and prioritize projects based on business needs
     * 5+ years of advanced Excel experience; 2+ years PowerPoint
     * 2+ years of experience writing SQL and/or SAS queries; or any other related programming and data analysis experience

An important component of the MSR role is building positive relationships with AAFCU members, which is key in understanding member needs and recommending appropriate products and services to fulfill those needs.
     * Open new accounts, sell and process Credit Union services for new and existing members
     * Post deposits and process loan payments
     * Process various monetary transactions and maintaining account information
     * Perform Notary Services as required
     * Create and promote positive name recognition for the Credit Union  
     * Work with branch/department managers and leverage cross-selling opportunities
     * Research member inquiries and provide solutions as required in a timely manner

REQUIRED SKILLS:

     * Respond to employees' professional and personal issues
     * Conduct investigations and Boards of Inquiry (BOI) and, when necessary, dismiss employees for performance or attendance issues

Run an Effective Operation
     * Communicate with managers, peers and team members, both within their immediate department, as well as with other departments

DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Under general direction, coordinate, develop, and deliver regulatory and company-mandated Ground Operations Control Center Training.  Work directly with Sr. Learning Specialist to implement Initial Control Center Training.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  
     * Deliver in a classroom setting American Airlines mandated initial, recurrent and operational training programs
     * Supervise students while in training including:  On the job training, performance assessment, performance management, counseling/coaching, administering progressive counseling, when necessary
     * Ensure students are given proper credit and certification for course completion
     * Perform needs analysis; assist with designing training curriculum/materials to meet corporate objectives

     * Take part in Alpha/Beta classes; provide feedback to Sr. Learning Specialist

REQUIRED SKILLS:

     * In-depth knowledge of and proficiency in all aspects of airport operations
